This award-winning renovation and interior design project at 22 Disraeli Street, Indooroopilly demonstrates how thoughtful design can transform a home. Delivered through a builder-led design approach in collaboration with JDL Construction, the result is a stylish, functional, and future-ready residence.
The homeowner’s brief was clear: create a beautiful space that improves liveability, supports entertaining, and ensures long-term comfort. Therefore, we reclaimed the rear deck as internal living space and added a new outdoor deck. In addition, major landscaping and drainage works resolved severe overland flow issues. A fully accessible bathroom was designed to meet Liveable Housing principles, while combining practicality with elegance.
The split-level site posed challenges, including rock excavation and restricted access. However, through creative problem-solving and close collaboration with JDL Construction, we achieved seamless construction and effective stormwater management.
Standout design features:
- Wide-spanning spotted gum flooring with precision-levelled subfloor
- Bespoke joinery and clever space planning creating four distinct living zones
- Natural stone benchtops and a custom decorative screen
- Smart, zoned air conditioning with tablet control
As a result, the home is light-filled, easy to navigate, and perfectly balanced between style and functionality. This project reflects our commitment to exceptional renovation and interior design, delivered through collaboration and client-focused solutions.
